Is patient data involved in generating a code? No. Static codes are generated in your browser — the URL never reaches our servers. Dynamic codes store only the destination URL and anonymous scan counts.

Can we update aftercare instructions after printing? Yes, with a dynamic code: edit the destination page or swap the PDF link, and every printed discharge sheet now opens the current version.

Do older patients manage QR codes? Native camera scanning (no app) removed most friction. Help with size and contrast: print at least 2.5 cm, dark on white, with a short printed URL as fallback.

Will codes stop working if we cancel? No. If you cancel Pro, existing dynamic codes keep redirecting — that is a written promise. Static codes cannot expire at all because the content is encoded in the image itself.
